Competition is indicated to support and improve energy performance during intense and prolonged efforts, which take over 1 hour a quarter.

It is very suitable in road cycling and mountain biking, well diluted in marathon, cross country, swimming.

We suggest diluting the dose of 50 g in 1 liter of water, to be sipped during the activity.

Take 50 g (equal to 2.5 level scoops or 1 sachet) dissolved in at least 500 ml of water, ideal 1 liter, to sip during the effort and immediately after physical effort.
